Great recipes! I am really looking forward to trying them. I tend to make green smoothies in my Vitamix (love this machine) but I’m definately going to give these a try. It’s great to know the benefits of each one, especially the skin saver. But, the one I’m most anxious to try is the natural skin tanner. That will be very interesting :)

Thanks for the recipes. I especially like the Flat Tummie Smoothie.

Actually, the taste of greens such as chard and kale is completely covered by the flavors of the fruits used in the smoothies. It’s a good way to boost your dark leafy green intake without having to cope with the bitterness of the greens.

It’s actually quite nice. I tried it. The bananas give you the sweetness you need, and the matcha makes it taste more like a green tea frap from Starbucks. Kale is such a super-food I had to give it a go, and I was pleasantly surprised.
