You sound like you would know where to get pomegranate kernels, beet juice and macha powder. Any idea??  :)

  • lifewithnature

Ladymacbeth, You can juice your own beets to get beet juice. If you haven’t access to a juicer, you can buy bottled beet juice here. Pomegranate are often found fresh in grocery stores in late fall (october to december). Again, if you can’t find fresh pomegranate, you can use bottled pomegranate juice. . Matcha powder can be found in specialized tea boutiques or online.

    Hope this helps!

Wow these are fantastic recipes that taste really great! When I researched smoothies a couple months ago this site came up along with a few others when I decided to go on a diet, and after two months of some great smoothie snacks instead of sodas I lost 15 pounds!! Granted that wasn’t the only thing I did, but I think the smoothies were a great deal of help.

    Guest,
Give me a break! I am with you on people should re-read for corrections, but to comment about someone’s grammar just for the sake of commenting is rude. You can send the author an email to help correct the mistakes, if the grammar is really bothering you.
Go make a smoothie! :-) Calm down! Relax! Life is too short for you to be rude!
