Hello Kiwi
Ingredients:
- 2 cups green seedless grapes
- 3 kiwis
- 1 orange
- 2 tbsp of Aloe Vera juice
- 5 leaves romaine lettuce
- 2 cups water
Blend together in a blender until very smooth.
Creamy Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1-2 cups of coconut water
- 1-2 tsp of honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
Blend together in a blender until very smooth.
Fruity Dandelion Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ bunch dandelion greens
- ½ inch fresh ginger root
- 2 ripe peaches
- ½ pineapple
- Water, to thin
