- Breathe deeply: Our lungs purify the air we breathe. They feed our blood with oxygen while evacuating gas produced in every of our cells.  Deep breathing is one of the best ways to help our lungs to detox naturally.  Of course, you should avoid breathing polluted air.  If you live in the city, try to find a place with a better air quality to do exercises.  Because if the toxins can go out, they also can go in when the air is polluted.

- Exfoliate your skin: Your skin is constantly breathing and detoxifying.  An average person eliminates about 2 pounds of waste per day just through skin! If your pores are blocked and not able to work properly, your kidneys, your liver and your lymphatic system will need to compensate, which can lead to a toxic overcharge.  Dry brushing skin before taking a shower, a bath or a sauna helps to detox naturally the skin pores and stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic system. The best is to do it everyday.

- Sweat daily: Exercising is essential for the detoxification process, to support digestion, and to promote general health. Exercises ensure that nutrients are transported to the cells, and that toxins are correctly eliminated.  It also helps reduce stress, one of the major enemies of digestion and overall health. Try to find something that you truly enjoy.  Exercise goes way beyond the gym, walking and yoga classes!

- Get your lymph moving: The lymphatic system is a vast network of evacuation tubes.  Its role is to carry the waste from cells to the elimination organs. The main lymphatic glands are the appendix, the spleen, the thymus and the tonsils.  Rebounding exercises and massages help to pump lymph fluids.  Drinking enough water also helps to dilute the toxins.

- Take a detox bath: Skin being one of our largest detox organs, sweating is one of the most potent way to detox naturally.  When we sweat, the toxins are evacuated through the skin pores and flushed out by the sweat. There’s not just exercising than can make you sweat.  A detox bath can do wonders to put you back on your feet. There is some times where we especially need to detox while resting, like when we feel we’re about to get a cold, or we are fighting a hangover.  In those times, taking a hot ginger bath can come to the rescue.
